This apartment community was built in 1973 and has 3 stories with 257 units. This property has one bedroom to two bedrooms starting at $1,084/mo. Had a few minor issues when first moving in, issues were fixed in a timely manner. Area overall clean, usually quiet besides the ambulance since the hospital isn't too far.

The office staff was very kind and knowledgable. I will definitely be coming back when its time for me to move. The maintenance of the property is horrible. It would take 5 minutes to get hot water to flow from the faucets. After 6 months of that problem, they tweaked something, then the hot water would run out consistently after 5 minutes. Not a pleasant daily experience while in the shower - 6 MONTHS !

After another 3 months of that issue, they tweaked it again and now the water that comes out of the faucets is over 200 degrees. They had a water leak under the parking lot, which was dug up in June 2019. They fixed the leak and have not paved over the loose stone that was used to fill in the large hole. The common hallways are hardly ever vacuumed. The property often has trash all over the parking lot and grassy areas. There are not enough dumpsters for full capacity buildings and they are often overflowing before they are emptied once a week.
